SourceOS Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SourceOS, a VA Fast Lane product. By using SourceOS, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the workspace you represent.

Accounts and invitations

Seller workspaces are provisioned by SourceOS. Team accounts are invite-only. You are responsible for protecting credentials, inviting only authorized users, and keeping team access current.

Connected services

You authorize SourceOS to access only the Google Sheets, Gmail inboxes, and other services you choose to connect. You may disconnect a service at any time. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their terms.

Your data

You retain ownership of your workspace data. You grant SourceOS the limited right to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You must have permission to upload or connect the data you provide.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate law or third-party rights.

Availability

SourceOS is continuously improved. Features may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We work to preserve data integrity and restore service promptly when issues occur.
