SourceOS Privacy Policy

SourceOS, a VA Fast Lane product, helps Amazon sourcing teams manage leads, purchases, inventory, and order communications. This policy explains what data SourceOS uses and how it is protected.

Information we process

We process account and profile information, workspace records, SellerAmp sheet data that you connect, imported purchase and inventory files, and order-related Gmail data that an authorized seller chooses to connect.

Google account data

With your consent, SourceOS uses your Google identity to identify the connected inbox, Gmail read access to locate and classify purchasing messages, and Gmail send access only to deliver SourceOS team invitations. SourceOS does not edit or delete existing email messages.

SourceOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we use and share data

Data is used to provide the workspace features requested by you, including order monitoring, team tasks, purchasing reports, and invitations. We do not sell workspace data or use Gmail data for advertising. We disclose data only to service providers needed to operate SourceOS, when you direct us to, or when legally required.

Security and workspace isolation

SourceOS uses encrypted HTTPS connections, encrypts stored OAuth credentials, applies role-based access, and scopes operational records to the active workspace. Access should be granted only to people authorized by the workspace owner.

Retention and control

You may disconnect Gmail in SourceOS or revoke access from your Google Account at any time. You may request export or deletion of workspace information by contacting us. We retain data only as needed to operate the service, maintain security, and satisfy legal obligations.
